Marcellus Asina (died 47 BCE) was a Roman navarch who led the Roman fleet in Apollonia in Cyrenaica during the 1st century BCE.

In 47 BCE, Marcellus secretly worked alongside the Greek magistrate Leander and the general Flavius Metellus with the intention to invade Egypt. When his plan was uncovered by Titus, a soldier who served under him and intended to desert the army, Marcellus had him imprisoned in the Apollonia Roman Barracks.[1]

Marcellus was ultimately assassinated aboard his ship by the Medjay Bayek of Siwa, as suggested by Titus after the Medjay freed him.[1]
