The Leviathan was a Spanish Man O' War which was shipwrecked in the Bahamas in the early 18th century.

In 1713, the Leviathan's cargo of gold drew the interest of both the Royal Navy, namely Captain Blount, and the crew of the Sea Dog's Bite, including Edward Kenway. The two forces both sought to claim the Leviathan's treasure,[1] with the latter ultimately emerging victorious and making off with the prize after sinking Blount's ship.[2]
