A khopesh is an Egyptian sickle-sword that saw wide use among Egyptian soldiers in antiquity. Bronze was among the alloys employed by the Egyptians for the construction of these swords. During the reign of the Pharaoh Cleopatra of the Ptolemaic dynasty, the Hidden One Bayek of Siwa, utilized a khopesh.[1]
