Joseph, born Yossef (Hebraic name), was the eleventh son of Jacob. His father gave him a Shroud of Eden, later known to history as the coat of many colors, until it was stolen from him by his jealous brothers.
Legacy
In 2012, Joseph was one of many historical people included in the Glyph puzzles the late Assassin Clay Kaczmarek had left behind in the Animus as messages for his successor Desmond Miles to decipher. Desmond later did in September of that year.[1] Desmond solved this puzzle, which was part of a set titled "Keep On Seeking, And You Will Find" where Joseph was included in the list of historical individuals revealed by Clay to have possessed a Shroud of Eden.[2]
