John de la Tour was an Assassin who founded the Colonial Brotherhood of the Order in the United States.

Trivia

Connor could wear John de la Tour's Colonial Assassin outfit, which was unlocked with the Join or Die and Digital Deluxe Editions of Assassin's Creed III, or with The Hidden Secrets Pack.
John also owned another outfit, one which was passed down to Achilles Davenport.
