Database entry

Date of Birth: 1441

Profession: Baggage Handler

A Venetian native. Alvise worked as a baggage handler for several years, until, convinced of Venice's superiority, he enlisted in the navy. In 1500, he was tasked with defending the fortress of Modon from the Turks. After a heavy night of drinking, Alvise awoke to Turkish cannon fire bombarding the town. Panicking while running across the deck, he tripped, hit his head and drowned. When it became clear Venice had lost the battle, he was accused of negligence by the ship's captain and erased from the logs of the navy.

Trivia

  • After leading Leonardo and Ezio to the new workshop, he holds out his hand for a tip. Leonardo, unaware of this, does not give him one and so Alvise walks away, appearing disgruntled.
  • In Assassin's Creed: Renaissance, Alvise is referred to as Nero.
  • Alvise's in-game model has a different hair model from that of his Database one.
