Jarn Herad

Jarn Herad was a dwarven district in Eitri, Svartálfaheimr. During the Muspel invasion, the district was taken over by Muspel warriors under Muspel seidr Calder.

History

In Eivor Varinsdottir's visions of Odin's time in Svartalfheim, the Æsir lord Havi followed a clue about a sigil he found at Sol-ok Mani Vault, which hhe recognized from his time in Eitri. Investigating the district, he searched for any clues for Sigrun and Halstein's murderer. He sleuthed his way into a workshop and discovered that Calder had obtained a Salakar and how the seidr needed to obtain the hugrs of a Jötunn and a Muspel.[1]

During his inspection, Eysa came in after following him. He revealed his findings as she told him about Calder needing her trusted warriors. Havi told her the truth of Calder's work and Surtr and Sinmara's secret involvement before leaving to obtain the Salakar.[1] Through his travels, Havi also obtained a cloak from a chest in Calder's workshop, the Fire Giant Cloak.[2]
