The Hookblade is a new tool introduced in Assassin's Creed: Revelations.
Gameplay
The Hookblade was designed to make navigation through busy districts quicker and easier, where in Ezio can use it to attach to ziplines in the citys he explores and is said to increase the navigation speed by 30%. However, the Hookblade is not only a tool but a useful weapon in combat, where Ezio can use it to pull enemies in for a combo.
