The Animi's graphical representation of the Hessian.

The Hessian (real name: Gerhard von Stantten) was an Animi Avatar used by the entertainment branch of Abstergo Industries, as part of their plan to influence the general public, via the console stage of the Animus technology. His specialty weapon was an infantry rifle, perfect for any soldier.

Unique Moves

(Low Profile, Front)

The Hessian approaches his target with his rifle, before lunging its bayonet into their stomach. Following this, he proceeds to pull it back and forcefully swing the firearm around, striking the butt of the weapon into his victim's face and knocking them to the floor, where they bleed profusely from their wound.

(Low Profile, Back)

Casually approaching his target from behind, the Hessian takes his rifle and thrusts its bayonet through their right calf, severing the muscle and splitting the bone. As his victim falls to their knees in pain, he pulls out the bayonet and flips his rifle around to bring the butt crashing down onto their head, where it crushes the back of their skull.

(High Profile, Front)

Running up to his target, the Hessian draws his rifle and throws it over to them, where they surprisedly catch the weapon across their arms. From there, he delivers two rapid of jabs to their chest twice, which leads them to lose balance and fall backwards, while also dropping his rifle. The Hessian then catches it as his victim lays stunned on the floor, and before they can react, he aims his firearm directly to their face and pulls the trigger, sending a bullet into their brain and killing them instantly.

(High Profile, Back)

Rushing behind his target, the Hessian hastily impales his rifle's bayonet through their back. As his victim goes stiff from the sudden pain, he pulls the trigger of his firearm, blasting a musket ball through their abdomen and propelling them forwards, where their body slumps forward to the ground. From there, the Hessian skillfully spins his rifle around, before slinging it over his shoulder.

(Aerial Kill)

Descending upon his target with his rifle readily pointed downwards, the Hessian forces his bayonet down into their chest, piercing the heart. Following this, he twists his weapon and pulls it free from his victim, who are then left to bleed out onto the ground.

(Bench Kill)

The Hessian grabs his seated target's foot and drags them off the bench, until their head rests against it. Before his victim can do anything to defend themselves, the Hessian forcefully kicks them in the face, violently sending their head backwards and breaking their neck on the bench behind them.
