Alonso Carlo.

Alonso Carlo was a freed slave and translator for the Spanish colonial army. In 1494, Alonso took Miguel Ramon Carlo de Lugo in as his son after Miguel was abandoned by his father.

In 1510, Alonso Carlo was accused of plotting an assassination attempt on Juan Ponce de León, and was ordered to be hanged. Alonso took Miguel and escaped before he could be captured, eventually finding shelter with the Assassins in Florida.
