―A carving on the Ship of the Dead describing Hake.[src]-[m]

Hake was a resident from Norse village of Heillboer in Rygjafylke, Norway where the Viking Eivor Varinsdottir and her family had lived in her childhood.

Hake was among the many residents, including Eivor's parents Rosta and Varin, who were slaughtered during a raid conducted by Kjotve the Cruel and the Wolf Clan in 855.[1] Many years later in the 870s, Hake was among the names that were honored carved on Gudmund's Ship of the Dead during the Oskoreia festival in the Raven Clan settlement of Ravensthorpe.[2]
