Flowery Flag, was a member of the assassin order and a henchman of Du Yuesheng, a Chinese crimeboss operating in Shanghai, and as such a member of Yuesheng's Gang. Flag was also one-eyed.
During the Shanghai massacre of 1927, Yuesheng tracked down Ruan Lingyu after she stole an artifact from the Templars. He eventually found her trace back to a Temple, where she was hiding with Darius Gift and sent Flowery Flag after them. He then found Roo and Darius quickly injuring both and prepared to kill Darius before Black Cross intervened. Engaging Cross in unarmed combat and shooting him in the chest he was however stabbed in the back by Roo and kicked from the Temple by Cross. He was hung by the throat by Crosses chain most likely being killed.
Equipment and skills
Flowery Flag was highly skilled in combat. He easily incapacitated Darius with a kick to the head and being able to fight Black Cross on equal terms if not get the best of him. In terms of equipment he possessed a hidden blade, gun, and a large knife.
