Emilio Barbarigo (1421-1485) was a tyrant of Venice and was secretly a Templar. He is the first assassination target in Venice. Nevertheless, he was an extremely wealthy noble, who's sole desire was to take over Venice.
In Venice, Emilio had taken control of Venice's merchant district and was ruling it with an iron fist. Emilio provided weapons to the other templars in Florence. He apparently single-handedly funded the city guard. He lives in a large palazzo surrounded by many guards.
He is first seen at a meeting with various Templars including Jacopo de' Pazzi and Rodrigo Borgia. Emilio is next seen meeting with Carlo Grimaldi, a government official who informs him that Ezio has arrived in Venice. Emilio is assassinated by Ezio shortly after Carlo leaves.
He was related to Marco Barbarigo , Silvio Barbarigo and Agostino Barbarigo.
