The Egyptian Rebels are Freedom Fighthers fighting agaisnt tyrannical rule of Ptolemy XIII during Alexandrine Civil War.

History

The Cause

in 51 BCE, Ptolemy and his older sister Cleopatra became a co-ruler of Ptolemiac Kingdom until he exile his own sister with the supports of Order of The Ancients and thus became pawn of the Order. With Pharaoh in their pockets The Order gained almost total control of the entire Egypt.

Fighting against the Tyrant

To fight agaisnt the oppression of Ptolemy the Rebels were formed across the Kingdom, Conducting Guerilla Warfare agaisnt Pharaoh's Soldiers, Bayek of Siwa whose were also lost his family to the Order often assisted the Rebels by Release them from Captivity and Helping them in Skirmishes.

A New Threat

in 47 BCE, Julius Caesar arrived in Alexandria to meet Ptolemy whose recently killed a Roman General Pompey to present his Head to Caesar in hope of gaining his supports, However their meeting was interuppted by Cleopatra and her followers, Cleopatra successully gain Ceasar's Support byy offer to become his wife and rule Egypt together, Enraged by this Ptolemy threathens Caesar and declare war on both of them. However Ptolemy's Army proved inferior to the Caesar's and ultimately died during Battle of Niles.

However the Roman's Rulers wasn't really better than their Egypt's one, Roman Army has occupied many parts of Egypt oppressing the native in the process, This leads to the Rebels crashing their swords with Romans.
