The Eboracum bureau was a bureau of the Roman branch of the Hidden Ones in Eboracum, a town in the Roman province of Britannia that eventually became York, England.
History
The bureau was likely established by the Hidden Ones along with the other bureaus in Britannia during the reign of Emperor Claudius. At some point prior to 211 CE, a contract was issued for the assassination of Emperor Septimius Severus, undertaken successfully by Magister Khloe. Around 383 CE, following the order of Magnus Maximus to withdraw all Roman troops from the north, Magister Marcellus closed the bureau, redirecting the Hidden Ones to the bureaus of Londinium and Camulodunum.[1]
In the late 9th century, the Viking Eivor Varinsdottir, tasked with uncovering the abandoned bureaus of England by Hytham, discovered the Eboracum bureau and recovered a page from The Magas Codex and the robes of a Hidden One.[1]
