This scroll is written in a very ancient language, but somehow, Arbaaz could decipher it:
"Alexander is a cunning man. He is aware of my presence. I will have to withdraw from Herat, and make new plans. Still, I may have found a way to succeed. My knowledge of poisons may reach a higher level if I can meet with the renowned Achaemenid alchemist before the Greeks kill him."
