The Carcer Roman Compound was a military hunting camp located in Natho in Herakleion Nome. It was used by Roman hunters as a storage for the Egyptian wildlife.[1]

In 48 BCE, the Medjay, Bayek, travelled to the camp alongside Tahira, where they eliminated the Roman captors and freed an albino crocodile, which they escorted out of the compound.[2]
