The Captain's Chest was a chest armor used by the Greek pirate Gotarzes during the 5th century BCE.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra rescued Gotarzes from a self-inflicted marooning on the island of Lestris around 429 BCE.[1] After returning Gotarzes to his sister, the pirate admiral Xenia, she commanded him to give Kassandra the armor as a reward for his rescue.[2]

Trivia
- The chest piece is Rare-grade if the player accepts a reward from Xenia and Epic-grade if they tell her that a reward is "not necessary." The Epic gear provides a bonus to maximum health, in addition to the two perks available on the Rare-grade.
