I am sure if Ubisoft were to set a game in Poland, they'd make an effort to get it (mostly) right. They researched the Native American culture for AC3 pretty well too, right? I can't imagine Dutch people speaking with no accent (though then again they did that for France of all places) or strangely-pronounced Finnish if that language were the main language of the game's setting.
