I agree wholeheartedly. I think Lorne Balfe is an amazing composer too and it would be great if he worked on the cinmatic stuff but I miss Kyd from the series. His music created the ambience, the atmosphere (I can't think of the right word for this), the thing that pulled you into the world and story. I still have all Kyd's music and rank it among my favorite music to date.
