From Wikipedia - "''On 28 December 1885, the Indian National Congress was founded at Gokuldas Tejpal Sanskrit College in Bombay, with [[72]] delegates in attendance.''" He could have been any one of the 72 delegates. 72 being an important number too. Maybe he was the 72nd? Allan Octavian Hume, Womesh Chunder Bonnerjee, Surendranath Banerjee, Monomohun Ghose, William Wedderburn, Dadabhai Naoroji, Badruddin Tyabji, Pherozeshah Mehta, Dinshaw Edulji Wacha, and Mahadev Govind Ranade were the founders of the Indian National Congress. - Says the Sage was only present during the founding.
