Skidgardr was a lumber mill in Gullnámar, Svartálfaheimr. During the warlord Surtr's invasion, the land was overrun with lava and completely abandoned.
History[edit | edit source]
In Eivor Varinsdottir's visions of Odin's time in Svartalfheim, the Æsir lord Havi traveled to the area and inspected the mill. He soon found a chest in a small mine, but it was locked. Using his Hugr-Rip, he activated the "Power of Muspelheim" to find the key in the middle of a lava circle. He saw the other key atop a rafter on a tree but had to activate the "Power of the Raven" to land on the rafter. When he found the key, he saw another chest, opened it, and acquired a platinum ingot. With the two keys, he opened the other chest and retrieved the Fire Giant Armor.[1]
