The Apollo Sanctuary was a sanctuary in the Highlands of Asklepiades on the island of Kos, Greece. Located on the border with Pharmakeia Bay, it was dedicated to the Greek god Apollo and protected by a small military force.
During the Peloponnesian War, the sanctuary was explored by the Spartan misthios Kassandra, who eliminated the guards and looted the treasury within.[1]
