The Monument of Hippolytos was a small cenotaph dedicated to Hippolytos, the son of Theseus, located beside the Temple of Themis on the southern slopes of Athens' acropolis.^[1]

During the Peloponnesian War, the monument was visited by the Spartan misthios Kassandra.^[2]
