M. Reynaud's Bypass was a virtual representation of one of Aveline de Grandpré's genetic memories.

Aveline came across a concerned citizen, who relayed their troubles of Reynaud.
Dialogue[edit | edit source]
Aveline met with the concerned citizen.
- Citizen: Mademoiselle Aveline, a shady character, Monsieur Reynaud--if that is his real name--diverts goods through the Bayou to the black market, thanks to ties with the Spanish Military.
- Aveline: What else is new?
- Citizen: Besides the heat and the alligators? His headquarters are near the fort.
- Aveline: I'll go apply a little heat of my own.

Aveline assassinated the business rival.
