Li Cheng (李憕; died 756) was a Tang official who served as Regent of the Eastern Capital (東都留守) during the reign of Emperor Xuanzong.

He, along with Imperial Censor Lu Yi and the judge Jiang Qing, were the highest authority in Luoyang. Following the capture of the city by An Lushan and the Yeluohe, Li Cheng and the two officials refused to submit to Lushan's rule and were thus executed by beheading. Lushan then sent the envoy Duan Ziguang to bring the officials' heads to Pingyuan County's Grand Protector Yan Zhenqing to force him into submission.[1]
