The Gisacum Ruins were the ruins of a former Roman town in Evresin in what is now France. The Frankish Hidden Ones had a bureau beneath the town before its abandonment in the early 5th century.

History[edit | edit source]

Sometime between 886 to 888, jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan learned of these ruins after reading a note pinned under a dead Frankish soldier at the Lutetia bureau. Upon her arrival, she found a group of Frankish guards patrolling and also looking for the entrance. Eivor sleuthed her way within the ruins and noticed an unstable rock floor that, when destroyed, led to a secret Hidden Ones door. After unlocking it with her Hidden Blade, Eivor walked through and dodged the rats trying to bite at her. Inside the bureau chamber room, she recovered one of the Lutetia Bureau's keys on top of a letter from the Hidden One "C. C.",[1] a Book of Knowledge which she used to expand her skillset, and a tungsten ingot.[2]
