Eirik (died 870s) was a 9th-century Norse hunter who traveled to Nyhofn, Vinland.

In the 870s, Eirik and his sister journeyed to Nyhofn in search of new beginnings along with other travelers. However, he abandoned his post and ventured into the wilderness alone. Breaking his leg, he found himself trapped and injured over a small cliff. Stuck, he wrote down his last words before succumbing to his injuries. His corpse was later found by Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan, who carried his body back to his sister in Nyhofn. There, his sister buried his body within her encampment.[1]
