Sometime during the 19th century, Chester Swinebourne became a henchman of the Templar [[Grand Master]] [[Crawford Starrick]]. Having a connection with the police force, Starrick used him as a contact to steal from [[London]]'s government. Swinebourne was skilled enough to maintain incognito with his secret operations in the police.

Chester Swinebourne was an officer of the Metropolitan Police Service and a member of the British Rite of the Templar Order during the 19th century.

Biography[edit | edit source]

At some point prior to 1862,[1] Swinebourne became a henchman of Grand Master Crawford Starrick. As Starrick's connection within the police force, Swinebourne passed on valuable information to the Templars, managing to remain undiscovered while he carried out his secret operations.[2]

In 1868, he became a target of the Assassin Jacob Frye, who tracked Swinebourne down on behalf of Maxwell Roth. After being accosted by the Assassin in Scotland Yard, Swinebourne was escorted to Roth, who took him away in a steamboat for unknown purposes[2]
