The Kyllene Foothills are one of the regions of Achaia in Peloponnese, Greece. A heavily forested area, unlike the other regions, it formed the most eastern part of Achaia. It was also the smallest region, with just a few landmarks.

During the Peloponnesian War, the region was explored by the Spartan misthios Kassandra.[1]
