The Quartier generale di Bartolomeo d'Alviano was the headquarters of condotierri Bartolomeo d'Alviano located in the Castello District of Venice.
History[edit | edit source]
In 1486, the barracks was raided by soldiers under the command of Silvio Barbarigo; Bartolomeo was captured and guards were positioned at the gates of the residence.[1]
However, Bartolomeo was liberated from prison by Ezio Auditore da Firenze, and accompanied by the latter, Bartolomeo overpowered the guards at the barracks and recaptured his residence[1]
Bartolomeo later coordinated with Ezio and his mercenaries within his barracks to plan their assault on the Arsenale di Venezia.[1]
