Lumber Depots

The Lumber Depots was a lumber depository located in the southern part of the Green Mountains, Cyrenaica, Egypt.

History[edit | edit source]

In 47 BCE, the Siwan Medjay Bayek traveled through depots and overheard a conversation between two laborers. The two laborers talked about the unfair and cruel conditions they were working. Bayek asked who was in charge and one of the workers claimed it was a Roman engineer Vitruvius near the Aquaeductus Kyrenaike. Before he left to see Vitruvius, Bayek also found and looted a chest at the depository.[1]
