The Accounts of China and India

The Accounts of China and India is a book by the Muslim merchant and traveler Sulaiman al-Tajir about his journeys to East Asia.[1] In the 860s, the famed author Al-Jahiz sought to collect the book to add to his library in the House of Wisdom. The Alamut Hidden One Basim ibn Ishaq found a copy of the book near the Tuesday Market and delivered it to him.[2]
