The time period of 100-200 AD seems highly unlikely. It contradicts earlier information, most notably the fact that the game is supposed to show us the founding of the very first Assassin Brotherhood. We know that the Persian Brotherhood already existed in the 5th century BCE, so either Origins is going to contradict that or we're not actually going to see the foundation of the first Assassin Brotherhood.
