I don't get how only one person has commented on the "glyph."  It's the astrological symbol for Mercury known as Hermes by the Greeks and also worshipped by the ... wait for it ... hermeticists.  We've run into them before in the DaVinci Disappearence DLC for Brotherhood and the Divine Science portion of Project Legacy.  The "glyph" also lead to an undergroud passage much like those in AC III which had been set up by the Freemasons, a group related to hermeticism.  So... any speculations or rumors that they will appear in the game?
