Defender's Rest was a Frankish military area in northern Paris, West Francia.
History[edit | edit source]
In 886, jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan and Elgring Clan's jarl Sigfred led an assault on the area with his warriors to secure a place for his catapults. On top of the rooftops near Defender's Rest, she and Sigfred initiated the attack and killed every Frankish soldier within the area. There, Sigfred managed to prepare his catapults for the planned siege.[1] Eivor later found a chest, unlocked it, and retrieved the Paladin Chainmail.[2]
