Ahmes was an Egyptian fruit-merchant living in Memphis during the 1st century BCE.

Around 48 BCE, Ahmes did something to incur the wrath of the baker Teta, enough for her to pay a magician to curse him. The magician sold her a curse that had to be recited two hundred times a day, and doing this under her breath while trying to sell her goods is what drew the attention of the Medjay Bayek of Siwa.[1]
