Temple of Hera

The Temple of Hera was one of the largest and oldest temple dedicated to Hera in the Greek world, located on the island of Samos. It was also one of the first temples built out of stone.[1]

During the Peloponnesian War, the temple was visited by the Spartan misthios Kassandra.[2]
