The Helot Bow

The Helot Bow was a rare bow inspired by the helots, a subjugated population group which made up the majority of the population of Lakonia and Messenia. Like them, the bow was relatively simple in design, but was stronger and deadlier than it seemed.

The bow was made available to the Spartan misthios Kassandra through an Animus modification by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relieved her memories.[1]
