The '''Water Mill''' was a mill located on the outskirts of [[Baghdad]], situated northwest of the city.

In the 860s, the [[Master Assassin]] [[Roshan]] met with the [[Zanj Rebellion|Zanj rebels]] at the water mill, where they awaited the news about the rebellion's leader [[Ali ibn Muhammad]]. Ali arrived some time later, after being rescued by the [[Hidden One]] [[Basim Ibn Ishaq]] at the [[Damascus Gate Prison]], with Basim himself arriving soon after. There, Ali and the Hidden Ones discussed their findings on the [[Order of the Ancients]] member Al-Ghul, uncovering the identity as [[Mas'ood Al-Ya'qoob]], a soap mill owner.
