'''Trygg''' was the [[Slavery|thrall]] to [[Thorsteinn Silvertongue]] in the late 9th century. He was the husband to [[Eadith]].

In 871, Trygg collected supplies for Thorsteinn's voyage to [[England]] in [[Nottfall]], clearing his debt in full. By 885, Thorsteinn had kept his promised and they settled at [[York|Jorvik]]. Trygg met Eadith and converted to [[Christianity]]
