The '''Toneyama Post Town''' is a town in {{Wiki|Osaka Prefecture}}, [[Japan]], formerly nestled within the region of [[Senri Hills]] in [[Izumi Settsu]] during the [[Sengoku period]].

By 1582, the town had been overran by a gang of [[Bandit|outlaws]], who made it their hideout. In particular, the gang had clashes with a small group of [[Ikkō-ikki]] led by [[Mitsumune]]. During one such clash, the bandits took a prized statue of [[Shinran]] in the monk's possession, keeping it amongst a group of relics within the town.
