The '''Scholar's Estate''' was a residence in the [[Suburb of Kahtabah]], within [[Baghdad]]'s [[Abbasiyah]] district. It was nestled between the [[Kufa Gate]] of the [[Round City]] and the [[Hammam]].

Strictly reserved for scholars from across the [[Abbasid Caliphate]], the [[Hidden One]] [[Basim Ibn Ishaq]] traced a letter to the estate in search of [[Zahra]], an [[Order of the Ancients]] scholar who had forced [[Hunayn ibn Ishaq]] to translate a [[Voynich manuscript|book]] of an [[Isu|unknown]] language. When he failed to find Zahra, he awaited her return on the rooftops. Once Zahra had returned with her guards, Basim promptly assassinated her, gaining a clue of her leader's identity as [[Fazil Fahim al-Kemsa|Al-Rabisu]].<ref name="ACM">[[Follow the Fiery Trail]]</ref>
