'''Eadric''' was a [[Mercia]]n nobleman who served as a ''[[thegn]]'' under [[Ealdorman|ealdorman]] [[Merton (ealdorman)|Merton]] of [[Sciropescire]] during the late 9th century, alongside [[Orlaf]] and [[Baeldaeg]].

Under the rule of King [[Ceolwulf II of Mercia|Ceolwulf]], Eadric worked with the allied [[The Sons of Ragnar|Sons of Ragnar]] to combat against the invading [[Britons]] led by King [[Rhodri the Great]].
