==History==
In 1566, [[Takeda Shingen]] led his [[soldiers]] to {{Wiki|Siege of Minowa Castle}} against rival ''[[daimyō]]'' [[Uesugi Kenshin]]'s forces at the castle. [[Kamiizumi Nobutsuna]] led the defense but after losing the castle to the [[Takeda clan]], he reversed loyalty to the clan. After switching allegiances, his student [[Nagano Saemon]] grew to hate his former master and vowed vengeance against the Takeda's.<ref name="Nobutsuna Students">''[[Assassin's Creed: Shadows]]'' – [[Nobutsuna's Students]]</ref>

In 1573, while training with Takeda's men, Nobutsuna soon took on another student [[Asari Nobutane]] at the castle. Nobutane soon became one of the Akazonae generals under Shingen. However, Nobutsuna soon left the castle and the Takeda clan after accepting an offer to aid [[Oda Nobunaga]] by teaching his men.<ref name="Nobutsuna Students"/>
