I don't believe that they will, that picture you showed us seems more like a reason to show off the two assassins with one picture. Swimming? Though it sounds awesome, I'm not so sure of that but it doesn't ruin the game if it's not in there, we haven't been able to go under water as Ezio or Altair so it wouldn't make a difference so far.
