My Vote ->The beginnings of humanity under the rule of the First Civilization. why? I have no idea? I don't know who has really? But it will be quite interesting to explore, If possible I want to be Adam, if they have an idea for that though. I will use the hidden blade, if its really hidden and use it to Eve :)
