The Pinprick was a teppō that Yasuke obtained in 1585. That year, 1585. That year, after defeating Templar Kimura Yukari, Yasuke and fellow Kakushiba ikki member Fujibayashi Naoe were tasked with eliminating the remnants of her organization, the Sanzoku Ippa, that still terrorrized the island of Awaji. At the Sumoto Docks, they assassinated one of Yasuhira's spies, Yamanouchi Tobei, and retrieved the firearm from his personal effects.
