As much as I'd like to just continue the simplistic sourcing we've used due to it being relatively easy, more indepth sourcing is necessary, judging by some editors removing perfectly accurate information that they didn't know about. However, I stand by my point that the proposal is a tad impractical just for the amount of different references there would be.

I was hoping some sort of middle ground could be achieved - I'm of the opinion that we shouldn't need to source information to memories specifically, because they're impossible to miss. More obscure sources like the database entries, Evie's notebook, Assassin Intel, etc. I'd be fine with naming specifically in the reference. I'm not sure where that leaves us for things like novels - source by chapter? Films can't be sourced by scenes.

The reason I'm reviving this discussion is so we can come to some sort of consensus, rather than everyone just doing what they want - that's aimed at you Jasca, since you're still content to reinforce this proposal even though it did not officially go through.
