Sam was a man seen in a fabricated vision of the future implanted into Joey by the Isu Vejovis.[1]
Biography[edit | edit source]
In the vision, a man named Malcolm approached Sam and said he had nothing to fear before raising Vejovis' dagger and causing all of the people of their tribe to fall to their knees. While Sam was unable to raise his eyes from the ground for more than an instant, Malcolm asked if Sam had repented of his sins, to which Sam answered that he did not know what he had done. Malcolm asked the gathered people what the community did to traitors, and on receiving the answer "kill them!", raised the dagger to murder Sam before the vision ended.[2]

Sam had a tattoo of a compass on his hand.[2]
